Step 1
You have to start by casting stitches to form a pattern but not casting it too tight.
Step 2
Now you have to knit the blanket's foundation rows; the first row will form the blanket's border on one side. You will also have to knit a border on the beginning and end of the row; this will create a border on the other two sides of the blanket.
Step 3
Once the border of the blanket is complete, we have to move to the blanket's main body, and there you have to do the most knitting.
Step 4
Once you're done with the final border, you are ready to cast off but choose a stretchy cast off so the final edge isn't tighter.
Step 5
You are almost done you just need to give the finishing touch by tying all the ends, seaming any leftover pieces together, and you are done with your blanket.
